Marcus Scheibmaier, born 1967 in Vienna, Austria, started to play piano at age 6. He learned the piano-basics at The Konservatorium Margareten in Vienna and, after he moved to Belgium, he studied at the Jazzstudio in Antwerp.

 

He started composing music at age 14 and never stopped until this day. He performed at many locations all over the world and is still available for booking today. He is married to graphic artist Lies Dierckx ( lizenzo.be ), has a daughter Jody, and 2 stepsons, Nicolas and Lucas.
